A Reason, a Season or a Lifetime…
Hanging Gardens Bali |
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have conveyed.
• They've come to assist you through your struggle and offer direction and support.
• To help you physically, emotionally or spiritually, where they are a godsend to your aid.
• They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to a close, without any fault on your part.
Sometimes they decease. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they take action that will force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need is satisfied, our desire fulfilled, their job is done.
The prayer you sent above has been answered and now it is time to move forward.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, develop or learn.
• They provide a sensation of pleasure or make you laugh.
• They may teach you something you have never experienced.
• They usually deliver an unbelievable amount of happiness.
• Believe it to be real, but only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships will teach you lifetime lessons;
• There are things you must build upon to establish a solid emotional foundation.
• Your job is to accept the lesson.
• Love and accept the person.
• Place whatever you’ve learned to practice in all relationships and areas of your life.
• It is said that love is blind, but friendship is clairvoyant.

Winter Beach
Empty all thoughts and retain your mind as clear, open and lively
as the infinite sky, the vast ocean and the most paramount mountain.
Nourish your body with the sun’s warmth and energy and fulfill
your being with the power of awareness and wisdom.

Grieving for a Child
I lay awake in bed at night with tears running down my cheek,
Thinking of my precious child as the world is fast asleep.
Remembering him is easy, I do that every day,
But missing him is a heartache that never goes away.
Forever in my loving heart, memories of him remain,
Life goes on without him, though it never is the same.
If I seem a little distant or confused through a cloudy mind,
I’m having a moment with my child, please understand, be kind.
Never think I’m crazy when I’m having an emotional day,
For grief can come and go – it’s a mystery that way.
Sometimes I don’t want to talk, sometimes I want to share,
Please just be patient, hold my hand, so I know you care.
